Off Campus Event, Haverford College - Michael Jaharis Recital Hall
On Tuesday, September 24, at 7 p.m., the Department of Music presents melomanie2, featuring Kim Reighley on flute and Tracy Richardson on harpsichord. They will perform a selection of provocative Baroque and contemporary music for flute and harpsichord, including:
- Joseph Bodin de Boismortier: Sonata 4 in E Minor (1741/42)
- J.S. Bach: Sonata in G Minor BWV (1020)
- Suzanne Sorkin: A Hint of Light Remains (2019)
- Larry Nelson: A Mirror of Midnight (2021)
- Ingrid Arauco: Florescence (2005)
The concert will be held in the Michael Jaharis Recital Hall and is free and open to the public.
