Our office is dedicated to helping faculty, staff and students plan, organize and execute successful events on campus.  Whether inviting a guest lecturer, hosting a meeting, or planning a multi-day conference, we are happy to consult on all the details and provide logistical support.   

Important items to remember:

• Check the online calendar for appropriate space availability on the date(s) you want — be prepared to be flexible.
• Be realistic about the size of the audience when thinking about space — better to go smaller than bigger if unsure
• Consider your catering and multimedia needs — some spaces are not appropriate.
