Why we like it: This book is Ed Catmull's, one of the founders of Pixar, memoir and insights into the creative process at Pixar. We enjoyed this book because it emphasizes the importance of creativity and collaboration and navigating success, failures, and changes in an organization over time.
Why we like it: Many of us in the IO grew up with the Calvin & Hobbes books as kids, and now are introducing them to our own kids. From a Sunday comic strip, it’s poignant to step back and realize how transferable life lessons can be not only across our own lived decades, but also across generations.
